Js error and no chat window

Hi couple of problems:
1) When I deleted one of my Registered collaborators, and try to re-add him (the same person), so it is gray, not green… and still gray, and no messages come to Telegram app on that telephone
2) There is an error https://www.screencast.com/t/30jniczj after installing plugin (maybe it appeares when admin clicked in active button on Activate tab in admin-panel and now there is the “Reviewing activation, wait a moment …” label still) and no chat appears on the site
