    Does it work on the default theme on the first place? It happens because your theme does might not be using wp_head() or wp_footer() or you are using a plugin that minified all the JS

    Yes, as you said, my theme do not reload whole page to show (only load content), so might not be using wp_head() or wp_footer().
    Are you any suggestion?

    Nope, the plugin relies of wp_head and wp_footer to work =)
