  • Hi there!

This is probably caused by some cache/optimization plugin you have in your WordPress. If you have one of these plugins, please disable it momentarily and see if the error persists. If that fixes things, then there are probably ways in your optimization plugin to exclude certain scripts or URLs from being optimized, since the optimization gets sometimes a bit too “aggressive” to the point when it starts breaking things.

What is the URL to your website, so I can take a look anyway?

Please double check and get back with any thoughts.

    Hi there,

Exactly the same problem at https://plus-plus.fr/revendeurs since yesterday. Tried to deactivate WProcket with no success. Any idea ?

    Thanks

UPDATE : it seems that the plugin COMPLIANZ made the Store Locator out of the game because of an wrong way the GMAP cookie was set. Since I reloaded the assistant of Complianz, everything is working again…

    Hi there @labucque!

As per the WordPress forum guidelines, we recommend that you open a new thread even if you have a similar issue than the one reported by the initiator of this thread.

Having said that, we are aware of an issue between the latest version of Wp Store Locator and Complianz, so while a fix is released, if you are comfortable with code, the contents of this file in your server:

    wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/integrations/plugins/wp-store-locator.php

should be replaced with the contents from this file.

If you need help implementing the fix, please let us know. You can open a support ticket directly with us.

    Regards,
