The issue described in this topic is still occurring with Forminator 1.34.0 and Events Manager 6.4.10.2. I was able to resolve the issue by adding the code snippet provided in this answer, however I would really prefer not to have this kind of manual workaround required on this site, as the primary maintainers are very non-technical. Is there an ETA on a fix? The issue was introduced in Forminator 1.29.0 – prior versions work just fine.

    Hi @talknerdy2mee,

Our developers investigated the issue and identified it as a conflict with jquery-ui-datepicker. Forminator only enqueues the script when a date field is present in the form on the page, but it appears that the Events Manager plugin adds it to all pages.

Could you please also bring this to the attention of the Events Manager plugins support?

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

Events manager has an option under settings->Performance Optimization (Advanced) to limit loading of js which resolves the issue.
