    @alefix – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

    To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
    To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

    We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    For info –

    we’re also seeing this error message on Add Posts/Add Custom Post screens around the TinyMCE editor since upgrading to WordPress 4.8.1 and latest version of the plugin.

    Failed to load plugin url: /https://MYURL/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/static/ngg_attach_to_post_tinymce_plugin.min.js

    We’ll try the Reset.

    Thanks for quickly answer.

    I installed plugin with reset feature. After install and start this I got:
    “We cannot display this gallery”
    I see that plugin on my side not working correctly becouse in admin mode I not see thumbnails. Additional some pages from NextGEN settings are empty.
    It is possible that it is problem with access to new accout?

    @alefix – Are you referencing a migration from one host to another? Generally the Reset Tool / Reset Option will correct most of those issues related to a change in hosts although if the migration was not complete there is not much we may be able to suggest.
