This is the same issue again. The instructions in https://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/ would need repeating after updates.

Make your host fix the problem to avoid this in the future.

Thank you Mike but I did repeated the steps with no result.
Anyway, I’m going to contact my host and I hope they will fix it.

If you FTP into wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/ do you see a ‘trunk’ directory? Delete it- it was added in err.

    I deleted it.
    Thanks again.

KK, after doing that, check the file is renamed again. If the problem still occurs, as the doc states:

The BEST option is to get your host to update the rule set. Contact your hosting provider for assistance

    The problem still occurs.
    I’m waiting host’s answer.

I still see jquery.cookie.min.js in your source code. Are you sure you renamed it as the guide states? Did you add the other code to functions.php?

    A.
    …/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie
    contains 2 files:
    1) jquery_cookie.js
    2) jquery_cookie.min.js

    B.
    Folder …/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/trunk
    contains no files.

    C.
Yes, I added the code to the… WRONG (another theme with similar name)… functions.php!!!

    SOLVED.
    THANK YOU.
