    Hi,

    I am receiving the following error when I attempt to use your plugin:

    jQuery(…) size is not a function

    Can you possibly help me with this issue?

    Many thanks

    Hey Blake!

    In the latest version, 1.5.0.1, your issue has been addressed. You are using jquery_migrate, which had a conflict with this plugin. Because this is a common plugin, we have patched this one to work with it. Please update to the latest version to remedy this situation. Thank you for letting us now.

    Hey,

    Thank you for your response. I have updated the plugin and am no longer receiving an error although the banner simply isn’t displaying.

    The HTML code is there although it has the following styles:

    #ocvb-container.not-ready {
    display: none;
    }

    Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Cheers

    @blakeodfrey can you confirm that you have enabled the plugin? If you have and it still does not work, please send details of your installation to [email protected] with the word SUPPORT in the subject.

    Thanks!
