jquery.scrollTo.js Firefox

Hi there,
jquery.scrollTo.js is not working correctly with the latest firefox version. It isn’t jumping to the right spot on page. No issues with chrome though.

Try for example this link: https://lehrgang.kupf.at/ueber-den-lehrgang/referentinnen/#Krul
It lands at the wrong part of the page.
