jQuery problem – I dont know what is going on…

Hello, I have problem with jQuery.

I install theme what use jQuery slideshow. But it doesnt work so I just install jQuery update plugin. Oke its work. But my iframe popup doesnt work now… So i just off jquery plugin and slideshow doesnt work but iframe work… How can I fix it? I need to work slideshow and iframe popup…
