jquery-popup-plugin auto close and after comment popup

hi, I am a wordpress newbie ?? How configure this amazing plugin to display ALWAYS a popop (like “Thank you for your post”) after someone leaves a comment on ANY post of the blog? Can you add autoclose option to close after tot seconds the popup? thank you ad sorry for my poor english, ciao
