jQuery not working with IE only on WP pages

https://blakemantrans.com/news/I am using jQuery in the tabs on theright side of the header. They do not work in any version of IE on WP pages but work just fine in Moz, Safari, Chrome and Opera. The jQuery works just in in IE on my regular pages (https://blakemantrans.com/2index2.php). Can anyone tell me if there is a reason for this or a fix?
