jquery not working

Recently migrated my WP site to a new host. Evrything is working except my lightbox effects. I tried turning off all plugins. Also tried turning nextgen off and on. Tried the WP native themes twenty twelve ect. Nothing working. Tried the nextgen trouble shoot of this issue.
