jquery mega menu versions 1.3.8 with wp 3.5.1

With wp version 3.4.1, the sub-menu containers positioned properly as below;
https://www.designchemical.com/lab/jquery-plugins/jquery-mega-drop-down-menu/menu3.htmlBut, after I updated to the latest version of wp 3.5.1, the sub-container does not position properly any more under the middle of the top menu. Instead, it now aligns at the left side of the top menu.
Does anybody experience the same problem with wp 3.5.1? Or, i wonder if i did something wrong when i upgraded. I don’t know what causes this and how to solve this problem.
