Nimble Builder problem: jQuery.js was not detected on your website

Hi, we had a problem with our website with “nimble builder” that can’t found the JQuery.js file and doesn’t shows part of the website. I’ve made a search at the forums and googling but doesn’t see the solution. Can anyone help us? I attach the information of the settings page. Also I tried to disable the other plugins but the problem remains.
