    Hi I am getting an error “Please verify that all your information is correctly entered before placing your Order.” when on the checkout page. Users are not able to complete orders.

    I have used the JQuery Updater plugin to correct this, but when I activate the plugin I experience issues with images not loading, plus other problems when adding and removing products.

    I have downgraded WordPress to 4.2.9, 4.3.5, 4.4.4 but none of them work.

    I have tried modifying the JQuery in functions.php, but the syntax I have found doesn’t work.

    The site was working perfectly well about 2 weeks ago!

    Are you please able to help? Our customer is unable to accept orders.

    Uncheck the “Show verify information message” option in Jigoshop-> Settings -> General.
    If the site stopped working after updating jQuery(which I guess is the case), please contact me via the contact form at jigoshop.com

    The Cart stopped working and would not allow us to process orders. It displayed the message “Please verify that all your information is correctly entered before placing your Order.” When the order is submitted the page just refreshes.

    When JQuery is updated this resolves the problem, however JQuery update causes other issues on the site:

    – when items are added to the basket, sometimes 2, 3 or 4 of the same item are added.
    – images do not load when browsing products

    I really don’t know which way to proceed with this. Please help.
