jquery is blocked

  • I would like to auto block every scripts from plugins and other sources but I need to let run some basics scripts for my theme.
    Three javascripts in my theme require jquery in wp-includes/js/jquery. I have added a comment like this
    // eucookielaw_exclude
    in my js theme.
    What about jquery.js? That is automatically blocked.
    Is there any way to let run some scripts and block all the others?
