• A couple of days ago purchased a commercial edition of Wow Slider, which works as a WordPress plugin. It is so called responsive jQuery image slider. There you have a separate desktop application which generates WordPress sliders into a zip-file. Then you just upload this file onto WordPress as a plugin. Installation and activation works fine. Inside of this Wow Slider plugin you can see the full window of the slider and browse the slides. Then you enter this piece of code onto a page you like to slider to appear: [wowslider id=”1″]. After saving this you can view the page but the slider window is too low. Please see the link Testimonials Now I would like to ask, how can I increase the height of this slider window? Can I add code on this page in order to resize it higher?

  • As this is a commercial plugin, you need to seek support from the plugin’s vendors.

I have enquired twice about this issue from the plugin’s support, but have got this same answer:

“You should regenerate your slider in application and upload new files on your server. Note, you should published project into empty folder.”

    Thank you,

Naturally I have tested this without success. I presume they cannot help and do not even have professional personnel for customer support!

I’m sorry but the www.remarpro.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.remarpro.com.

Like to add that I was unable to make Wow Slider plugin to work with the current theme on WordPress. Luckily the image slider offers other options to create a gallery. So I found the working one, a little bit more complicated, but the main thing is that this option works!
