    Hi,

I am constantly facing an issue with the forminator form. Every time in the home page it shows the following error : jQuery(…).forminatorFront is not a function.

As a result either the form if used in the home page is not showing, sometimes the captcha that is being used disappears and sometimes it prevents the slider in the home page from working.

Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Thanks

    Hi @karthik471,

I could notice the console error, however, such logs occurs due to conflicts. Could you please point out where exactly is the form configured to load in the homepage? Should be clicking any specific sections to see the form?

It appears to be a staging site. If yes, possible to run a conflict test and see if you get the same console error with a default WP theme and with only Forminator enabled?

Please check this for more info about conflict test:

Please do let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

    Hi,

Currently there are 2 form :

1.Newsletter form : at the bottom, just above the footer, click Sign Up button.

2.In the cart page : Add some products to the cart and go to cart page. Click on Send Enquiry Button

The issue usually occurs on the home page most of the times. If you click the Newsletter form from any other page, it will show the form, but the form get hidden in the home page. An inline CSS of display:none is added automatically.

Please check this issue as soon as possible

    Thanks

      Hi @karthik471,

I hope you are doing well today!

Considering the error on developer console, this is more likely due to the some plugin or theme conflicting on your site. I suggest to perform the conflict test in order to find the plugin or theme causing this as suggested.

Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.

To learn more about a conflict test, please see this guide below:

Check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above.
