JQuery , flex menu & slick dependency

    I’m facing a performance issue since I do not use a JQuery as a dependency.
    A page has “Post Grid #1” block so it enqueues (ultp-flexmenu-script, ultp-slick-script, ultp-script) scripts but I dequeue these scripts and it seems the page works fine without them.
    Am I missing something here ?
    I think the plugin should require these dependencies only if the block needs them.
    Please help me fix this more efficiently.
