We have noticed that we are getting very inconsistent loading of the iframe for the buy now functionality on product pages. We are also seeing the following error in the browser console:
Any idea what might be going on? We are using Cloudflare as our CDN/Cacheing proxy.

  • Hi @sinedave,

Thanks for reaching out about Braintree for WooCommerce! I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help.

As a starting point, I’d like to rule out any conflicts that might be causing the issue.

    • Would you please switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty? If this resolves the issue, it looks like there’s a theme conflict.
    • Next, could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Braintree for WooCommerce? If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins
    • one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

Could you please let me know what you find?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
