Jquery Error not allowing hotspots to work

    I have the following jquery script in my site header: <script
    src=”https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.1.1.min.js&#8221;
    integrity=”sha256-hVVnYaiADRTO2PzUGmuLJr8BLUSjGIZsDYGmIJLv2b8=”
    crossorigin=”anonymous”></script>

    When I remove it, the hotspots work. When it is there, they do not work.

    I need it for a chat pop-up function.

    Is there any way around this issue? I love this plugin as it would help me sooo much if I could get it to work!
