When I add a date picker field, the form simply does Not move forward(in a multistep form).
The following jQuery error is preventing the form from continuing:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘call’). Exception occurred when checking element forminator-field-date-1-picker-6159d74666a90, check the ‘dateformat’ method.
    in jquery.validate.min.js?ver=1.19.0

I’ve tried with different date formats but of no use.

    Hi @rizwanwalayat

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

jQuery errors are usually related to optimization plugins, could you please try to disable any optimization plugin that you have and see if it makes any difference?

In case the problem persists, would it be possible letting us the form URL and we can verify the error?

    Best Regards

Thank you for the prompt and helpful response. The problem has been resolved but I didn’t have any optimization plugins installed:
    All-in-One WP Migration (In-active)
    Elementor
    Elementor Header & Footer Builder
    Forminator
    Ninja Forms (In-active)
    Starter Templates
    WPForms Lite

The problem was resolved by deactivating WPForms Lite.

    Hi @rizwanwalayat

Thank you for response and letting us know!

I’m glad to hear that you’ve found solution but I’d also like to investigate it more if you don’t mind, as it suggests that there might possibly be some sort of a conflict between these two plugins.

I tried to put a multi-page Forminator form, with datepicker field on it, on page and test it with WP Forms Lite enabled but I could move between form pages with no issues and errors. So it’s either related to some specific setting of the form or something specific to site configuration.

That being said, if deactivating WPForms Lite is a solution that you’re fine with, I understand that, please feel free to mark this ticket as resolved in such case.

If you’d be willing to help us test it more though, I’d appreciate such help a lot. If so, please export your Forminator form (that was affected by the issue) and share it with us via your Dropbox, Google Drive or similar service (just post download link in response) so we’ll be able to test the form on our end and it can help our developers address the conflict in future releases.

    Best regards,
    Adam
