    Hi,

I have not been able to replicate this error on our server.

We recommend checking our troubleshooting page:
    https://siterightaway.net/troubleshooting/

Try installing our free wpTools plugin, which logs errors and performs various diagnoses on your server.

Ensure you have sufficient available memory and explore our suggestions for conflicts with other plugins, file permissions and so on…

If you can’t locate the issue, please copy and paste the content from the “Debug Info” window in the dashboard of our wpTools plugin onto our support site:

    https://BillMinozzi.com/support

Additionally, provide around 50 lines from your error log file (also in our support site), which you can find in the wpTools plugin (Dashboard => wpTools => Show errors).

We are located in the London timezone.

    Cheers,

    Bill

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I’ve checked into the issue and believe that updating to version 2.23 should resolve the problem. Please give it a try and let me know if you continue to experience any difficulties.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Cheers,

    Bill
