Hi, are there any plans on removing jQuery dependency from the front-end in this plugin? I’d love to use this plugin on one of my client websites that does not use jQuery on the front-end, which sadly causes some parts of the plugin to break, like the countdown and join links. I can import jQuery just for the plugin pages, but unfortunately that decreases performance by a fair amount. Thanks!

    Hi @jakutop

Currently, we are planning to move the codebase (only some parts have been migrated for now for example join via browser codebase) from jQuery to Javascript but this might take some time for all the dependencies to correctly migrate.

Saying that I can’t provide you a tentative ETA on this but yes this will happen eventually like in our other plugins, I will push this up on our dev board.

So, i guess you’ll have to enqueue jQuery in Zoom pages for now. ??
