Jquery colorbox plugin not working with WP 3.6 ?

I’m using this wonderful plugin for many times, thanks !I’ve recently upgraded my website with WP 3.6.1 FR.
Since this update, the plugin does not work anymore.I deactivated it, reset the parameters, no way…is this a bug ?
