Jquery Bar toggle

    as you can see i have the “search” at the very very top.

    what i want to do is like a bar that will be open when you access the page,
    but people can toggle it on and off, as in hiding it.something like the one here

    but the have it on the bottom and i dont know where to start. and help wll be appriciated
