Error: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

Need help, please. This website is due to launch 7 days from now. I no longer have the time to repeat it from scratch. I’d appreciate the help big time.
This is multisite with the following sites:

The website has crashed.

1. WPBakery visual composer is no longer opening both on front and backend
2. Tabs that are supposed to toggle are no longer working (not toggling)
3. Icons are missing.
4. Backend, the Theme Options page of the main site was broken
5. Backend, the pages header image section turned out too huge.
