jpegtran: Permission denied tool not found

    Hi,

    in the debug log i found this 2 things

    EWWW\Local::check_permissions()
    permissions for /usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/xxxx/Domain.de/wp-content/ewww/jpegtran: 0755
    permissions ok

    and

    EWWW\Local::test_binary()
    testing case: jpegtran at /usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/xxxx/domain.de/wp-content/ewww/jpegtran
    /usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/xxxx/domain.de/wp-content/ewww/jpegtran: sh: /usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/xxxx/domain.de/wp-content/ewww/jpegtran: Permission denied
    tool not found

    The first is saying. All is fine. the second one is saying, permissions denied?

    What does this mean. I still have trouble, with cronjob.

    From yesterday noon until this morning a few images were optimized, about 5000 images were recorded and now nothing runs for about 5 hours although garntirt images are there.

    The first one is a check to see if the plugin is there and the permissions exist. The second one is testing usage. It’s possible that the tool, though it is installed, can’t be used because of some setting on your server or a folder location issue.

    That having been said, I believe again that there was an image stuck in the queue that was holding up processing, so this shouldn’t be related to that.
