jpegtran, optipng, pngout and gifsicle not working

    Hello,

    I migrated to a ISS 8 cloud server and been running into some troubles getting Ewww plugin to work. My provider is Arsys in case it helps.

    I have jpegtran, optipng, pngout and gifsicle on the ftp but seems the plugin is not detecting them.

    I have tryied reinstalling the plugin several times both manually and auto, gave writing permissions to ewww folder and couple of other things and cant get it to work.

    Nothing jumps out at me from the debug log. I would check with your webhost to see if there are any error logs, and see if they can test the executables manually to ensure they are actually intact (not corrupted).

    I contacted my host and they asked me which libraries are the files using. How can i check that?

    The Windows executables should not require any libraries to my knowledge, I’ve tested them on Windows XP, and Windows 8.1, and they should work on any currently supported Windows Server operating systems, but I haven’t explicitly tested that.
