JPEG is poor quality after compression

    Hi,

    When compressing JPEG’s either through the plugin or via the website, they’ve come out looking very pixelated and poor quality. I’ve tried saving the JPEG out in many different ways to see if this is the issue, but with no luck.

    Is there an option to only compress PNG’s when uploading to WordPress?

    Thanks for contacting us! That seems like very unusual behavior. Would you mind providing us with some example images to [email protected] ? This will help us investigate what the issue is.

    Regarding compressing PNG’s only, we currently do not have not an option for that in the plugin. That said I have added this improvement to our backlog!

    I am having the same issue – I have emailed you the bad images.
