    I created a season but when I create a team I can’t assign it to the season. The season field remains empty and there is no way to select.
    On the main team page it doesn’t even give the possibility to select the season
    He started doing it out of nowhere. I also tried uninstalling the plugin but nothing.

    VERY LIKELY you enabled single mode. it shall be team mode in settings.

    Hello!

    I have the same problem: even if I have enabled the team mode, when I attempt to create a season, it misses the right colomn which allows to save the season.

    Any suggestions?

    Normally the following steps help to resolve the issue of such level

    • OK. he first step is to check JoomSport settings. Hierarchical season shall be disabled, team mode option enabled.
    • Deactivate – uninstall JoomSport
    • install – activate JoomSport
    • open permalinks settings, save
    • If there are problems with connection of players with selected teams than season must be re-saved, any matchday inside that season shall be resaved.

    If it doesn’t help please contact us via any official channel on product site. We normally resolve such cases within one business day.

    Two issues:
    1) Can’t ad a new season
    2) Old competition isn’t visible anymore (after re-install)

    Couldn’t make a new season, so I unstalled Joomsport and installed it again. After that same problem. Can’t save a new season.

    Because the re-install the current season is not visible anymore on the website. All the data of the old season is still in the plug-in.

    please check single /team mode in joomsport options

    if you uninstalled and installed the joomsport please open permalinks settings in WordPress and save it.
