Joining Webinar Timeout or Browser restriction

  • Hello,

    I have the Zoom pro with Webinar but when I want to login via broser I get this error message:

    Joining Webinar Timeout or Browser restriction

    Impossibile unirsi alla Riunione.

    Codice errore:1

    I follow your documentation to create the Zoom App in Marketplace.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Do you have authentication required when joining webinar enabled? Could you try disabling that and see if that works?

    Yes, I have a Registration required on Zoom Event and the user must be authenticated on WordPress.
