    Hi,

I am having the same issue. I have seen your reply on a similar post and have run through the troubleshooting with themes and plugins, etc but am still having the same message occur with the ‘Meeting timeout. Session not started’.

I am using the MasterStudy Theme and have set up the Zoom meeting several times with various options to see if one of them was causing the issue. I even tried the shortcode on a new page and still get the same error.

I have tried the Join in Browser setting and the other option and neither work.

Further assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
This issue usually occurs when users are trying to join the meeting before the host of the meeting did not start it yet. Actually, it does not relate to the MasterStudy LMS theme, this option is the default feature of the eRoom plugin as it works together with Zoom Conferencing Addon in the MasterStudy LMS.

    Best regards
