“Joining meeting timeout” error when joining meeting

    I used the shortcode to embed the meeting client in a page using this string:

    [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id=”xxxxxx” login_required=”no” help=”no” ?height=”500px” disable_countdown=”yes”]

    The meeting started OK and users were able to Join, but after around 1 hour no more users were able to Join through that web page. They got error “Joining meeting timeout”. I have a Zoom PRO account.

    Can you please let me know how to avoid that? Thanks a lot.

    Can you try increasing the meeting time when you create the meeting and see if it fixes the issue. “Joining meeting timeout” error is directly sent from Zoom API so maybe increasing the meeting time would fix it maybe.
