I have the APIS and SDKs configured. When I create a meeting I check that it syncs with zoom and it’s perfect. But when a user wants to connect through the browser, it gives this Joining meeting timeout error. Invalid parameter

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lord_omega

I am presuming you are using the latest version of the plugin.
For join via browser to work the SDK App keys need to be properly defined.

    First please make sure
    1) The SDK App is activated
    2) Please double check the SDK app keys.

    Hi, digamberpradhan

Yes, I have the plugin updated to the latest version.
    I have SDK credentials enabled
    In eroom config I have:
    API key
    API secret
    Both obtained in JWT

    SDK Key
    SDK secret
Both obtained from SDK credentials – Production`

    Hi Again,

If you are using the latest version of the plugin you should be using new
Server-to-Server OAuth and SDK app type.

Please go to https://zoom.codemanas.com/setup/ and follow the steps from there.

If you accidentally wrote JWT instead of Server-to-Server OAuth, then you can check the console messages for why there is an error being shown.

The link you provided is password protected – if you can provide a link to me that isn’t password protected i could have a look.
