• Hey there,

I am trying to implement my Zoom Webinars via embed into my Website, so Users can join without opening a new Tab or the App.
I already implemented the embed Webinar to my Site, but when I try to join, I get the Error:
    Joining meeting timeout.
Already has other meetings in progress.

The Error only accrues, when the Webinar has started. As long as it hasn’t, he shows me “webinar hasn’t started yet” but also doesn’t refresh when I start it.

    What can I do here?

    Thanks in advance
    Kevin

Can you try joining that webinar using another email address which is not related to host and see if it works like that ?

I am not the only one working on the Problem. My Colleague tested it from another IP with another Account, and it doesn’t work as well. I also tried it in incognito Mode. Still no result.

    Hi @kevin542 ,

Is this issue only for Webinar or are you having the same issue with meetings ?
Please – also specify the shortcode or block you are using.

    Hi @digamberpradhan ,

the Issue is for both, webinar and meetings.

I am using the Block “Embed Zoom Meeting”

I would appreciate getting the solution by the 1st of November.
Is there anyone who could help me, please?

According to error msg “Already has other meetings in progress.” – There should have been another meeting in progress from the same host.

This error message is directly responded through zoom webSDK api so, it’s hard for us to suggest a suggestion unless we can replicate it ourselves which is not happening atm.

One way to test would be to just create a normal webinar/meeting without any settings checked and see if it works that way for you.

So, I made it work with Meetings. But as soon as I try to do it with webinars, I get the Error.

I wrote with the Zoom Support for 12 Days now and their conclusion is: it’s not their fault, ask WordPress Support….

So, here I am again. You Guys, are the WordPress Support for the Plugin, aren’t you?
