    @webama6 Sorry. There was an error loading the video. This incidence is not relevant for this case study. Please, show us your URL with Joinchat plugin installed. Remember there are two ways: Standard (open directly app) or Whatsapp web (open directly on desktop) checked at General Settings.

    Joinchat, internally calls a wa.me link except on desktop with the option “WhatsApp Web” activated that calls a web.whatsapp.com link.
