I’m trying to enable Join Meeting in Browser, but every time I try to join the meeting from a browser, it briefly shows the “”Enter below details to join this Zoom Event” window, with fields for Name and Email and a button for “Join Event via Browser”. It quickly hides that and changes it to a video preview with a Join button — and then I get “Joining meeting timeout – Signature is invalid.”

I can join the meeting via the Zoom app successfully.

The SDK setup instructions here seem to be outdated; when I try to create a Legacy app, I have no option to enter contact information.

When I create a SDK app using the regular editor (not legacy), it’s asking me for Scopes — what should I add here? It doesn’t let me move forward without selecting some. (I tried selecting many, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.) (screenshots below)

It then says it’s ready for a local test. On my website in Zoom Events, it has verified my SDK credentials successfully.

But I still can’t join a meeting within the browser.

Back on Zoom’s app marketplace, it says that both SDK apps I tried to create are in draft mode. (screenshot below)

The site is still in development and is password protected – can I post a password privately here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
