    Added info:

It turns out that I don’t need to add any custom CSS to the embed block, I just need to update ANYTHING (what I do is delete then retype the last digit of the meeting ID) and make sure that the page will first look like this before saving/updating the page.

It is still manual work so the question still stands. Is there a way to enable viewing for logged-out users automatically?

Just tried this and could not replicate the issue. All settings same as in the screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hfCVll2NGilVVdp7SvCbRRpbOhJwUAAO/view

If you set the selector value of Requires Login to No it should show the block to non-logged in as well as logged in users. Did you forget to remove any css related to this perhaps? You don’t need to write any css to hide these blocks based on user login state.
