“Join via App” translatable

Hi,

the “Join via App” string that appears in the confirmation email is currently hardcoded in the function meeting_details() in the file WooCommerceAppointments.php

It is also hardcoded in the customer-appointment-reminder.php

That makes it impossible to translate the string with wpml string translation.
Also not everybody understands what is meant by “Join via App”. Something like “Get to the meeting here …” would be easier to comprehend.

So it would be very helpful if you would:
– make the string solitair (it appears in various files),
– embed it as a translatable variable rather than coding it into the plugin logic and
– make it editable for the site administrator.
