Join Us page disappeared from main menu

  • I’m using the understrap evm theme in WordPress 5.11. My Join Us page has suddenly disappeared from my main menu. It appears as Invalid in my WordPress Appearance > Menus. I have a Join-us.php template that is specific to this page. However, my page no longer appears in my menu to be able to delete and re-add it. How do I recreate my Join Us page using my existing Join-us.php template?
