Join meeting timeout

    Hi there,

    I’m facing an issue and I don’t know how to solve it.

    The issue is, whenever people try to join the meeting via browser, some of them managed to access the waiting room and then the meeting while others face the issue “Join meeting timeout, fail to join the meeting” and I don’t know how to solve it.

    I read the other posts about it but still don’t know how to fix it or if it’s even possible to do so.

    Actually its hard for me to figure out this issue from my side as well. Can you check what is showing on the browser console when this happens ? – You can open up console by “right click -> inspect -> console tab”
