    Hi Ronan,

Let’s start by linking to the docs
    https://docs.matadorjobs.com/articles/reconnecting-reauthorizing-matador-with-bullhorn/

    Let’s follow this

    • Open your Matador site in a Private or Incognito Browsing Window
    • Log in to WordPress Admin
    • Go to Matador Jobs, then Settings
    • Click on the Button “Bullhorn Connection Assistant”
    • If there are any errors at the top, you may need to go straight to the “Reset Connection Routine”
    • Click on “Deauthorize Site”
    • Click on “Authorize Site”
    • Click on “Test Auto Reconnect”`

    If that fails
Add an X to the Password to force it to break and login manually when you do an Authorize Site action
To make sure the username/password combo work
If not reset the password and try again

Thanks for coming back to me @pbearne .

When I click on “authorise site”, it redirects me to log in to Bullhorn with the username “breagh.api” which is what is currently saved in my “Bullhorn API User ID” field in the settings and when I try the password we have on record for that user ID, it is telling “invalid credentials”.

My client has recently gave me logins for Bullhorn but with a different user ID, I have just tested that too but that is also telling me “Invalid credentials”, although I can login successfully to the normal bullhorn client portal with those details, any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Ronan

I noticed you said to reset the password. I’m assuming I would ned to reset the password for breagh.api username.

Where exactly can I reset the password for that? I can login to the Bullhorn Client Login with a different username and password sent to me by the client. Would it be via that Bullhorn Client Portal that I can reset the password for the breagh.api username do you know, or where can I go to do that?

    Thanks,
    Ronan

You will need to ask your client to reset the password in Bullhorn ATS

You can login to the normal app with the API creds and the API login will login via the Cookie
this has sometimes solved the API login failing and resets it (somehow)
