Jobs Are Not Expiring.

Show me a screenshot of the ‘expiry days’ setting, and edit one of the jobs and show me the ‘expiry date’ field.

I’ve done as you instructed but jobs are still there.

By the way, what’s supposed to be the use of “Automatic deadline expiry” in https://pho.to/7cLv5 if we must set expiry date for individual jobs?

Shouldn’t deadline date only be enough with that “Automatic deadline expiry” ON?

Please let me understand coz the three settings are so confusing. Don’t which is which.

Closing Date, Automatic deadline expiry and Listing Duration? How are they related to each other?

The days setting (https://share.pho.to/7cLmB) determines the date new listings get, set in the ‘expires’ field (https://share.pho.to/7cLqD).

Application deadline (extension) adds a second field which shows when a closing date occurs. The setting (https://share.pho.to/7cLv5) make that also trigger expiation (was a user request).

The cron job is missing (https://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2evd994&s=8#.VEljSYfFuRs). Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin.

Oops!! Still a bit confusing.

Now since I already have the Application Deadline (extension), what should be the settings then so that I jobs can automatically expire on the “Closing Date” set by the user in the front end?

The only issue you have (with jobs not expiring) is caused by the missing cron jobs.
