JobManager Applications/ Job Applications Page

Four of my websites automatically updated the latest WP 5.3 and upon doing so, none of the candidate information is showing when applying to jobs. But they do appear correctly on the previous version.

WP 5.3:
From admin/back-end view: When I click the view button (on the job applications page) now missing is: contact email and attachment. It’s completely blank. I know the candidates are uploading their resume as it shows on the main Job Applications page.

Is there a way to fix this?
