Jobify buggy

When accessing https://www.jobrr.co.uk there is a lot of symbols where the jobs should appear. However, when I login, it works OK.

I want to be able to let people add jobs to the site to override the current jobsboard I attached.

Any ideas what these bugs are? Thank you
