    Hi,

    I have a problem with the full backup process.
    Since two days, I receive a message: “AVERTISSEMENT : Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.” and the backup process blocks at “Export XML WordPress”.
    I also received an error email from BackWPUp and I also see another error in red “ERROR: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)” and the operation terminates with errors.

    Could you please tell me why I have these errors and how to correct them?

    For your information, the backup process worked well before.

  • Hi @papoum, sorry about the delay in responding. I cannot find why a large database would not be able to be backed up. If you’d like us to take a look personally at your setup, feel free to email us at support [at] backwpup.com with the following:

    • Credentials for a user with the BackWPup Admin role
    • FTP credentials

    Then we’ll be happy to take a look and hopefully track it down quickly.
