    HI,

    common issue but my debog info are not exactly the same as previous users.
    first time using this extension, I double checked everything and made several back up attempts ; don’t understand why the back up stops. Many thanks for your helps. please mind that I’m not an IT expert ( just a potter ?? )

    Hi @laurence230377

    you can fix this by using another cron method as a workaround:
    modify wp-config.php ( you can find this file in your root directory ), and BEFORE the line:
    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
    add this line:
    define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON' , true );
