Job restarts due to inactivity

So this is very common message all sudden… I never had any issues with this plugin backing up once a week but starting maybe 3~4 weeks ago,… I started to see this almost every site I have. I did solve some issues by making retry from default of 3? to 10…
Do you know why this is happening? anything I can do to fix it?
