Job Posting Not Showing in Admin

hello, I created a dummy account to test out this. I submitted a job posting using my dummy account and then logged back in as admin to see if the job posting appeared so I could approve of it, well there is nothing. wondering if there is somethign I need to do or tweek. Thanks
